Sean's second post

Today was big water beat down Thursday and it was a lot of fun again!  In the beginning of the day we started off with swift water rescue doing tethered swims, foot intrapments and gear intrapments, but the tethered swimming was the best part of swift water rescue. After that we went down the main and we had a mandatory swim down Coliseum and I went straight into Big Kahuna and another hole there but was a lot of fun! After that we ran it in our boats and I stern squirted half of it... Fun but kinda scary. But I'm having a great time at Keeners and I am learning a lot.
