hey guys its jahn again. I realized today why I was so sad it was because this is exactly half way through Keeners. That is so many days that I just cant get back. These days have been some of the most amazing days of my life because of the amazing support given by all of the coaches. This week some of my paddling friends came up to paddle the Ottawa river it was so cool to get to paddle with them today it was only around 15 degrees outside so we all suited up in dry tops and dry suits to paddle today. Last Thursday was really fun because it was big water beat down bacon Thursday unfortunately i didn't get beat down but we did get to watch a pretty good one.
