How to Catch a Chipmunk

The reasons we must learn how to catch a chipmunk are simple. They are illegal aliens that steal our trail mix and poop in our cereal but here are simple steps that will allow you to become a ninja chipmunk catcher.

Step 1: Become a kayaker

I know that you think this has no correlation but being a whitewater kayaker in most people’s cases will make your reflexes faster.

Step 2: Set a trap

Whether with trail mix or fruit it must be in a deep container with a lid. Step away from the container and be patient the rodent will eventually come to you.

Step 3: Be ready and patient

Wait until the rodent is all the way into the container and wait a little bit more.

Step 4: Use those kayaking reflexes

Spring into action and slam the lid down thus trapping the chipmunk. But be careful the chipmunk will go wild so be ready for a hurricane of fur.
