4 easy steps to survive Keeners

As a first time keener you quickly discover the differences from everyday life. With these easy steps you can find keener life close to as easy as everyday life.

Step 1. Eat Breakfast

Breakfast is key to stay energized thought the day. This means preying for someone to make pancakes for the group or trying to find alternatives. Alternatives are what ever is left over this usually means toast or cereal.

Step 2. Dont be last on the water

If you are last you get the water-wing of shame. This water-wing is a Disney princess water-wing and if you try to be last to have to do other tasks such as push-ups or cleaning the bus. If you do something amazing in the morning you get the water-wing in the afternoon as the water-wing of pride.

Step 3. Drink lots of water

If you do not drink water thought the day you will feel terrible once you get off the river. This the most important part of the day in my mind because you need it to physically ready for the next day

Step 4: Sleep

Sleep is the most rewarding point of the day. try to get to bead as early as possible since you need to be up for morning activities for 7:40 it might seem like you only need 6-8 hours like normal but you it if you get that little but you need as much as possible. I have never been so thankful for a early curfew.

With these 4 basic steps you will be able to survive keeners close to as confabulate as everyday life
