Star Struck By Trey Abbott

I never thought that when I came to Keeners that I would meet so many professional athletes, from Stephen Wright the 5- Time US National Freestyle Champion to Mathieu Dumoulin the reigning 9 time french champion and sliver medalist at the 2015 World Championship and many many more. Its crazy seeing all these guys and girls throwing down on instagram and other social media then meeting them, kayaking with them, and having them show us a thing or two. I find it so cool that this is one of the only sports where the best of the best are willing to take a break from competing and training to help us out, you would never here of an NFL or NHL player taking off several months to help teach at a camp. On top of Mathieu and Stephen coaching us we also had Tyler Curtis, one of the all around best boaters in the world we also had Thomas Fahrun coaching us and teaching us about filming kayaking and how to get our pictures into publications like rapid media and kayak session. If I could tell you one major thing before coming is that you should be prepared to be star struck!
