Top 3 reasons why Keeners is the best place on Earth By: Olivia Summerfield

There are many reasons why Keeeners is the best place on Earth but I picked out the top three.

1. Keenerville is right next to one the best rivers in the world.

The Ottawa is one of the best rivers in the world and Keenerville is right next to it.  We are literally feet away from all of these amazing play spots and incredible rapids.

2. We get the best kayakers in the world as our coaches. 

Whether it be Dane Jackson or Bren Orton the coaches are top notch.  The coaches are amazing kayakers and people, they will always encourage you to push your limits and try new things.  

3. We get to kayak for three weeks and do other crazy awesome stuff.  

Not only can we be on the water every day for three weeks we also get to do fun stuff like speech night and Knots or Gnar.  Speech night is fun because the topics are fun to talk about.  It's also fun to listen to other people's speeches.  Knots or Gnar of awesome because it is really fun to learn how to tie different knots and we get to repel off 160 foot tower.

I am super excited for the week to come because Keeners is the best place on Earth.
