The 3 P's - Albert Binkley

When spending an extended period of time with Bren Orton, you will learn a moral code that will otherwise change your boating and life for the better. This code has been passed down for generations for boaters to beaters worldwide known as "The 3 P's".

* Posture - Good posture is very important as a freestyle kayaker. It allows to sit taller in your boat which gives you the extra speed down a wave needed to throw more aerial tricks. It is also safe to say that good posture looks and feels better off of the water.

* Push Ups - Doing push ups are a great way to stay in shape as well as doing something positive with your free time. Pushups are also a great reward for bad behavior.

*Politeness - Being a polite boater is important. It shows respect to other kayakers around you and respect for the river. Do not drop in on people surfing or throw your trash in the river. Express politeness by waiting or by throwing your trash away.

The 3 P's will set you free. Share them with all and commit them to memory.
