How to take an Off Day -Aidan

Top 7 Ways to Take the Day Off

After weeks of strenuous paddling down massive gnar, rest is needed. One may wonder, how do I rest in such described situations. The answer to the question is to take a day off to loosen tight muscles and ease the kayaking mind. With these steps, you can find your Chi on your Off Day.

  1. Cooking Latkes and Baking Birthday Cake make for an exceptional way to pass time on an off day.
  2. Talk to your local British “mum”. They will always have a unique chore or fascinating conversation for you. He may also have wisdom or amazing advice.
  3. Chill oot in a hammock
  4. Yoga, stretch out those tight muscles and finding yourself in very uncomfortable positions may be one way to spend your off day.
  5. Play/listen to music: my honest choice and the best way to spend an off day.
  6. Go go for a float. Why not swim? Your arms may be so sore and tight that you may not be able to swim, floating would be the backup option.
  7. Get bitten by mosquitoes, not the best way but an option that you may not be capable of avoiding on the Ottawa so make the best of it.

With these steps, you will have a relaxing peaceful off day. Have a good time.
