The Ottawa River is the best for many reasons one is it has amazing surf waves at all levels. The Ottawa river is also one of the safest rivers out there. One reason why the river is so safe is because it has pool drop rapids which means at the bottom of every rapid is a pool of water. Another reason why the Ottawa is safe because the river is very deep so you do not have to worry about hitting the bottom. The Ottawa river is also very divers there are many different types of rapids. There is Garvins rapid with big shoots and lots of drops. Then there is Coliseum Rapid with massive hole and huge waves. The Ottawa river is the best river to learn how big wave surf and to learn new tricks.
