The past week has been amazing. We have just received confirmation that the Keener trip is at the Rouge! I am super excited, especially for the 7 sisters as I have never run any waterfalls before, and have always wanted to get into the creeking aspect of kayaking. This trip will take place on Wednesday.
On the water I have sent a lot of time on push button, where I have been able to get pretty consistent loops on, paired with getting more and more flatwater loop practice. With this being the last week of Keeners for me, I hope to take full advantage of the amazing coaches and get more freestyle moves on Garberator. Everyone has been so supportive in the past few weeks and look forward to the last week and what it brings!
