Isaiah Galbraith First Week!

First time keener

Charging in our Keener Comp on friday- my first kayaking
competition. 

This week was the first week of the 3rd session. We have done everything from learn each other names with fun games, to having the first competition Friday, to having a first aid course.

First aid was amazing, we learned everything from telling the difference between frost nip and frost bite to CPR to putting slpints on. We are all now certified red cross in first aid and CPR. One of the funnier moments from first aid was during a practice of putting people on a back board when Brandon put duck tape on my ancles. It hurt SO much taking it off! I now feel sorry for anybody that waxes every week.

I learned lots and can't wait for the next two weeks to come!!! I never want this amazing camp to end.
